I feel like most people on this forum don't like him that much (isnt there actually an 'I hate irving beaks' account?), he is very soft and might be easy to make fun of, but he's one of the nicest and most likeable characters of the show. His relationship witb Myriam is beyond cute (Seriously, I can't wait for the episode when they first meet).
I don't know, I've always felt some huge admiration for his character, and he's one of my faves from the show (I just think that Harvey has some of the best parents I've seen in tv)

I am the sum of many parts and from the start I knew not where to begin~
