Fee and Foo's parents Grada and Bada still do business with snakes... at a serpentarium! They handle them without fear
Speaking of, they live in Littlebark in the summer so Fee and Foo can stay connected with their roots, while also spending time with their friends for three months, although they visit outside of summer as well such as for holidays or even just for fun. Their tent is next door
Kris and Trev aren't as popular nowadays, but they have a... very... captive audience...

That's a few random facts about my AU "The New Beginning"! It's all just ideas, got more facts but shhhhhhhhh
